Jeri Muoio
Government Relations Guru
With over 12 years of experience in elected office, including two terms as the strong Mayor of West Palm Beach—one of only six such roles in Florida—Dr. Jeri Muoio brings unmatched acumen in navigating government, shaping policy, and generating results.
As West Palm Beach’s mayor from 2011 to 2019, she led a dramatic economic revival: business tax receipts surged 61%, property values rose approximately 45%, and job growth surpassed 20%—more than double the national average. She established the Flagler Financial District, anchored by over 250 financial services firms, and earned the city a 4‑STAR rating from the STAR Community Rating System—the only city in Florida to do so.
Dr. Muoio holds a doctorate in academic administration from Syracuse University. Prior to her tenure in West Palm Beach, she served as Assistant Superintendent and Director of Special Education in several New York school districts—bringing substantial leadership and organizational expertise to public service.
Today, she leverages her deep understanding of municipal politics, government operations, and coalition-building to drive success for cities, organizations, and leaders across Florida. No one else commands government relationships—and moves the needle for clients—with Jeri’s capability and impact.
